Information you provide
When you submit a booking request or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, and event location. We use it to respond to you, check availability, prepare your party, and provide our services.
Booking submission and security logs
When a booking submission is rejected or cannot be processed, we retain the complete information submitted through the form. This may include names, email address, phone number, event details, event location, selections, dates, free-text responses, and other personal information entered or transmitted with the submission. We also log technical information such as IP and proxy addresses, browser and device information, referring page, approximate location supplied by our network provider, request timing, anti-abuse results, and the reason the submission failed.
We use these records to diagnose and correct form problems, respond to failed booking attempts, prevent abuse, protect the Services, and maintain business records. Access is limited to authorized administrators. Authentication credentials and security-verification tokens are not intentionally retained in these diagnostic records.
Website analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand website traffic and how visitors interact with our pages. We do not use analytics tools to collect information entered into our booking or contact forms.
Your analytics controls
You can restrict or remove optional analytics cookies through your browser's privacy settings.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers only as needed to operate the website, process booking requests, measure site performance, and deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information. Booking and security logs may be stored by our hosting and infrastructure providers and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for troubleshooting, security, service delivery, and legal or business recordkeeping requirements.
