These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dream Team Parties website, booking and contact features, and the Dream Team Parties Social application (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our services
Dream Team Parties provides information about party experiences and related services. Website submissions are requests for information or availability unless we expressly confirm otherwise. A booking is not final until the applicable details, pricing, payment requirements, and policies have been accepted by both parties.
Accurate and lawful use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's account, or use the Services in a way that infringes the rights of Dream Team Parties or others.
Dream Team Parties Social
Dream Team Parties Social is an internal social media management application used to prepare, schedule, publish, and review original content for social accounts operated by Dream Team Parties. When an authorized user connects a third-party social account, the application may receive the permissions and account information that user approves through the third party's authorization process.
Connected accounts remain subject to the applicable third-party platform's own terms, policies, technical limits, and availability. Authorization may be revoked through the third-party platform or by disconnecting the account from the application. Dream Team Parties Social does not sell information received through a connected social account.
Content and intellectual property
The Services and their text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by Dream Team Parties or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for their intended purpose, but you may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit their content without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and grant Dream Team Parties permission to use it as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and provide the requested service.
Third-party services and links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including social networks, analytics providers, and hosting services. Dream Team Parties does not control those services and is not responsible for their separate terms, privacy practices, content, or availability.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If a booking submission is rejected or cannot be processed, we may retain the complete submitted form contents and related technical information to diagnose the failure, correct service issues, prevent abuse, and protect the Services. By submitting information through the booking form, you acknowledge this diagnostic collection and use as further described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the Services accurate and available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any third-party integration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Team Parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected accounts, Dream Team Parties, third-party platforms, or the security and lawful operation of the Services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
